You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact HC888 support immediately.

You agree that all funds deposited into your HC888 account are from legitimate sources — your own personal PKR funds obtained through legal means. HC888 takes its anti-money laundering obligations seriously and will report any suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities.

You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details — email address, mobile number — remain up to date on your HC888 account. HC888 communicates important information including bonus notifications, security alerts and withdrawal confirmations to the contact details on file. HC888 cannot be held responsible for missed communications resulting from outdated contact details.
